these work well on wooden floors where there is a gap under the door. you will need foam tubeing . I used the type to lag pipes with a slit down the side. you will need material wide enough to cover both pipes and have a space of three inches between pipes the material will sew down on this to hold foam pipes in place cut foam pipes four inches shorter than the width of the door the fabric used is width of door you can then enclose the foam pipes by sewing the raw edges down. you cal leave plainor add eeyes and ears as you wish but the beauty of these draft excluders is they fit iether side of the door so no need to keep putng them in place as they will slide across the floor, but will keep out those drafts hope this wil help some of you stay warm this year. annie in the Uk
